Every time I open Excel it opens in a window about one half the size of my screen.

How can i set it up s it opens to the full window instead, so it opens to the full size of the creen every time?

I have tried maximizing it then exiting the program but next time I open it it is back to being smaller thn the screen.

would appreciate any help. This is really frustrating. I have looked everywhere in Preferences and Options.

Thanks

Excel Facts

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.

Try this: Find the little Excel workbook icon near the upper left corner of the workbook window, just to the left of the File menu option. Right click on the icon, left click on view code, and paste this in. Then you won't have to worry about remembering to save the workbook while maximized before closing it.

Sub Workbook_Open()
ActiveWindow.WindowState = xlMaximized
End Sub
