Excel Facts

Round to nearest half hour?
Use =MROUND(A2,"0:30") to round to nearest half hour. Use =CEILING(A2,"0:30") to round to next half hour.
Do you want to delete the row with the blank cells, or only remove the blank cells and shift the ones below up?

In either case, a search of the board should provide ample examples of each.

Copy the column as is first to your desination,

Then highlight the whole range within the new column, including blanks.

Then go to EDIT|GO TO and click Special. Select Blanks radio button and click OK. (all blanks should be highlighted). Now right-click one of those blank highlighted cells and select Delete. From the pop-up select Shift cells up.
