How Do I Group Similar Keywords

Say for instance I have keywords in cells A1 through A500 sorted alphabetically A to Z. Cell A1 contains the words 'knife blades'. I want to be able to select cell A1, copy, then have a function or macro that allows me to paste the word 'knife blades' and similar words into another group of cells,

example:
knife blades
knife blades for hunting
knife blades for the kitchen, etc.

Thanks

Excel Facts

Enter current date or time
Ctrl+: enters current time. Ctrl+; enters current date. Use Ctrl+: Ctrl+; Enter for current date & time.
You could use Data -> Filter -> Autofilter
Click the drop down arrow
Choose Custom
In the pop up window, where it suggests "Greater than" down in the list you will find "Contains"

Filter the list, copy and paste

Will that solve it?

This is actually what I meant to post. Not how I changed the structure of the list I would like returned. Thanks.

Given that A1 is the word you want to copy+paste
Given that B1 is the word you want to paste onto

Then

In Cell C1,

=B1 & A1

Basically I want to find all instances of knife blades and have some sort of function or macro that would allow me to do that.

Here is a link to a video that explains what I am wanting to do.

I already emailed the person that made the video, but haven't heard back from him.

The information I would like to find out starts at about 2:13 into the video

Thanks, that is close to what I am looking for. Instead of 'contains' I chose 'ends with'. Is there a way to automate this (macro?)

Thanks again...

Any more solutions for this one? I was looking to create a macro I think. I'm not that good with Excel, and was hoping for an expert here.

Thanks
