How do I make it so I can only check one checkbox?

I'm building a test. I've got a series of questions, each with two to four multiple choice answers. I've added a new checkbox for each of the choices, and I've got the TRUE/FALSE condition tied to another worksheet which is tracking the score.

But I want to make it so the person taking the test can only check one of the four boxes for each question. Can someone tell me how to do that?

Thanks very much!

Square and cube roots
The =SQRT(25) is a square root. For a cube root, use =125^(1/3). For a fourth root, use =625^(1/4).
Hi there, welcome to the board!

You're trying to make a checkbox do what an option button does natively. The only thing is, how you make the option buttons.

If you make them from the Forms toolbar:
Create a Frame and set each questions set of option buttons within this frame. Repeat for each question. This will only allow one option button to be selected per frame.

If you make them from the Controls Toolbox toolbar:
Set the "Group Name" property of each questions set of option buttons to be the same. This will only allow one option button to be selected per frame.
