How do I make it so the cel does not display all the info?

If you look at the picture I a have provided above, although all the cells in column H contain the same information, the first three cells have the information truncated, while the others are displaying the entire info. I would like all the info to be truncated like the first 3 cells, and only entirely visible when clicking on the individual cell.

Can anyone help me with this?

Excel Facts

Move date out one month or year
Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.
Try putting a single quote (used as a text qualifier) in each blank cell in column I where you'd like column H to truncate.
