How do I put a formula in a VB

Currerntly I have a formula (along with others) in a cell that returns a certain number, we will say 7 for this example

=ROUNDUP(COUNTIF($O:$O,B10)*B11,0)

I want to know how I can put this in VB so I dont have to have the formula in the cell but the cell will still return 7. I have diffrent formulas, and I seem to remeber seeing something about it before, but wasnt sure where or what to search for.
