I'm trying to create a calculator in excel and I'm having trouble rounding the value in between my text.

I'm trying to get the number that is next to "Number of shares required to buy 1 stock with dividend payout"

The number I get in that cell gives me a decimal, so I removed the decimals.

The formulas I have for Cost to buy and Predicted Monthly Income from are:

="Cost to buy " & E15 & " shares today"
="Predicted Monthly Income from " & E15 & " Shares"

Excel Facts

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.
Hi,

Use D16:D17 if you want the number Rounded.
Use D19:D20 if you just want the Integer without Rounding:

Cell Formulas
RangeFormula
D16D16="Cost to buy "&ROUND(E15,0)&" shares today"
D17D17="Predicted Monthly Income from "&ROUND(E15,0)&" Shares"
D19D19="Cost to buy "&INT(E15)&" shares today"
D20D20="Predicted Monthly Income from "&INT(E15)&" Shares"
