I need to change the default look/design of a pivot table that was created in VBA.
After a refresh (re-run the module), the pivot table comes up, but the first column (A) is huge.
It is so wide I cant even see column B unless I scroll over.
Is there something I can change in the VBA code to default it to a reasonable size?

Do you hate GETPIVOTDATA?
Prevent GETPIVOTDATA. Select inside a PivotTable. In the Analyze tab of the ribbon, open the dropown next to Options and turn it off
Set the columns, rows to the size you would like them to be, just by dragging them. Then right click a cell on the pivot table. Select pivot table options, tab layout & format, check the preserve cell formatting on update box.

Hope this is what you were after.
