I have a pivottable that has a calculated field returning a percentage of two other feilds. I have pivotcharted the result and now want to include a median of the calculated feild results on the same chart.

How do I do it?

I want to use a pivot chart as it'll accomodate changes to the data range and different page fields.

using xl2007

I have tried using the link here to assist with a similar problem, but I am not getting the expected results. I am trying to figure the median sales price of an item by quarter/year. I wonder if someone could assist in the proper array formula or can provide guidance on a better way to solve the problem. Are there any 3rd party add-ins to add the Median functionality to a pivote table? VBA code I could experiment with?

Column A - Date of Sale
Column B - Sales Price

I can provide a link to a real data file if that would helpful
