Opening many files in a macro, each time macro is prompted to open file is asks wheter you want to update links or not

then new msg box comes asks whether you want to be able to paste info on Clipboard ot another program later.

anyway of getting rid of these through VBA as other people will using this file. and if so does that mean it selects "yes" or "no"

Thanks

AJ
