How do you figure user managed to do this?

This isn't really problem which when solved accomplishes something, rather I would like to know how this is possible.

What she did:
User inserted new worksheet into workbook and then proceeded to copy one of the earlier worksheets into new one(for formatting). She didn't use shortcuts, just buttons for copying and pasting.

What happened:
Somehow she ended up with same info on all worksheets.

Why this happened:
This implies that somehow she managed to select multiple worksheets and that way pasted same info into all worksheets.

Question:
How was she able to select multiple worksheets? I doubt that person who doesn't know how to use ctrl-c/v would accidentally push ctrl-shift-pg down to select multiple sheet. Accidentally pressing shift while selecting worksheets is more plausible, but I doubt this as well, as she is really careful when working with computers so that she wouldn't mess anything up.

Any other possible explanations?

Input much appreciated.

Waterfall charts in Excel?
Office 365 customers have access to Waterfall charts since late 2016. They were added to Excel 2019.

Um yes, forgot about that. Possible as well, but after listening her of what she did that seems unlikely as well.
