How do you format a column of time into Military time

Hello,


Please tell me what I am doing wrong I am trying to convert a column of time to military time. I click on format cells and click on the formatted time that I would like, but it is not formatting the whole column of time. I have to double click on each individual cell in order for it to convert into military time. I do not understand what I am doing wrong I highlighted all the column so I thought it should of formatted every cell automatically. Please if this question gets out to someone who can help, pleases send me an email telling me what I am doing wrong.

Your entries are formatted as Text currently. Assuming they use : as the time separator, try using Edit-replace and replacing : with : which should force Excel to recalculate them all.
