How do you get extra help search results?

I have the following situation;
user 'A' gets 4 times more help search results then user 'B', and so of course user 'B' would like it set up to show the same as the user 'A' results.

Trouble is, i can't work out what it is - i thought it was an addin, but i've tried the same addins on mine & i still get the lower amount of results. I've also tried the online search, but get a different set of results, still not as many as user 'A'.

Try this in excel 2003 to see what i mean;
- go to tools
- macro
- Visual Basic Editor
- Click the Blue circle/question mark help icon
- do search for: WORKBOOK

I've got 10 colleagues (including myself) who get 24 results & 1 colleague (plus user 'A') who gets 100 results!

Any ideas? :)
