A simple method is to goto View-->Toolbars-->Forms. Select ComboBox. Once drawn, right click it and Select Format Control-->Control and assign your Input Range and Cell Link.

For more details, you'll need to be more specific as to what you're trying to accomplish.

That'd be Bill Jelen (aka Mr. Excel).

I need to set up a combo box that will allow the user to select a variable. Based on the users selection, a lookup will be used to lookup the price for the chosen item and input into a "PRICE" cell.

Haven't a clue how to proceed.

Thank this Bill guy for me...tell him he's brilliant.

Try it out: Put A, B, C, D, E, F in A1:A6 of a new workbook. This will be your Input Range. Put B1 as your Cell Link.

Select A from the Combo Box and B1=1, B=2, C=3, and so on.

To the left of your actual Data you can sequentially number the range 1-->Whatever and drive your Lookup off of that.

I'll e-mail you an example if you like, just PM me your e-mail address.
