A simple method is to goto View-->Toolbars-->Forms. Select ComboBox. Once drawn, right click it and Select Format Control-->Control and assign your Input Range and Cell Link.

I need to set up a combo box that will allow the user to select a variable. Based on the users selection, a lookup will be used to lookup the price for the chosen item and input into a "PRICE" cell.
Haven't a clue how to proceed.
