In my worksheet, some cells have values and are filled with colors which I don't want to print. Any suggestions please?

Excel Facts

Control Word Wrap
Press Alt+Enter to move to a new row in a cell. Lets you control where the words wrap.
Change the font colour to match the background colour, so that they don't appear.

If you've got some logic for deciding which values you don't want to see, you can do this through conditional formating.

Or change the format to a custom format of ;;; (literally 3 semi colons) which will hide any contents from view.
