How Secure is Excel Protection

Hi,

How secure is Excel's sheet protection? Is there a better way to go about it?

I need to hide formulas.

normal protection is quite easy to circumvent, locking projects and hiding elements might help somewhat, if you don't want formulas visible then build into vba and get that to populate the sheet with values only
