How should data be laid out?

I have some stores that I've set sales goals for. Does anyone have any ideas or know of any sites that would have examples of how I should lay my data out on a page, including charts & graphs? I would like it to look professional.

Any suggestions would be great.

who's the audience? does it include field people like SM's & DM's?

Both store managers and district managers would view the data/charts/graphs. And of course my father (the big cheese).
