How to add a few blank cells between text filled cells

Hello,
I am trying to add 7 blank cells between each data filled cell to properly fit in another spreadsheet for uploading to shopify. Here is what I need in photos:

Please let me know the best way to accomplish this that you know of. Thank you!
 
Just as a point of interest, the code "starts" from the bottom - and works its way up to row 1 (or 2) whichever you specify. Thing is - if it works for you the way you've changed it, that's great!

How to total the visible cells?
From the first blank cell below a filtered data set, press Alt+=. Instead of SUM, you will get SUBTOTAL(9,)

Oh Thats weird. Figured it was top to bottom..

Ya so far its worked with different amounts of numbers so I think I should be good. Thanks again!
