How to add an image as a comment to a cell?

Hello everybody.Can u tell me how it is possible to add an image as a comment/tip to a cell when mouse cursor comes over that cell.

Try this:
Right click on the cell you want the comment
Click Insert comment
Right click on border of the comment text box
Then click format comment
Click colors and lines tab
Click fill color dropdown arrow
Click fill effects
Click picture tab
Click Select picture button
Then find your picture and select
Click insert button
Click ok
Click ok again
