How to Arrange header of a Pivot Table

Dear Experts,

From an excel data I have made a pivot table but the header of the pivot is by default arranged alphabetically. I want some other sequence.

A b total c d total Grant total

How to arrange the header of pivot according to our needs and insert a subtotals colums in between

Excel Facts

What is the last column in Excel?
Excel columns run from A to Z, AA to AZ, AAA to XFD. The last column is XFD.
After you have your pivot table, select the results that you want tor combine, then right click for "Group and Show Detail" and slect "group" Then select the group heading, right click Field Settings and change your subtotals setting to automatic or one of the custom options.
