How to attach a chart to an email either as an attachment or in the body of the message.

I have written some code and basically I want it to grab a specific chart from the same excel file and when the user clicks a button it creates an email with the chart attached. As of now everything works (all data I need and to whom it's being sent to) except for the chart itself. For some reason it doesn't copy the chart. ( am trying to pass the name through a string and then use the chart object tool to find it and add it.
