how to attach a copy of my worksheet to a post

Hi, I am new to the board and have an Excel question that I would like to post. I need to include in the post a copy of the worksheet I am working on (did a screen shot through snippit). How do I do thisÉ
 

Excel Facts

Format cells as date
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+3 to format cells as date. (Shift 3 is the # sign which sort of looks like a small calendar).
