I have a cell in column E of worksheet 1 with a formula. I want to past copied information from another sheet, worksheet 2 (columns A through AE), onto the worksheet 1 without overwriting the formula in column E.

You should be able to copy the information without a problem. If you copy column A:E and then paste that information into your first sheet you should have an option of "Insert Copied Cells" if you right click where you want them to be inserted. It inserts your information from sheet 2 into sheet 1 without overwriting your formula. You may need to make your formula an absolute reference with the F4 key. Does this help or answer your question?
