Afternoon all,

I have set up a vlookup table for a range for a large range of data. I have a summary page which has a single cell unlocked for searching. I have locked all other cells but what id like to do is somehow have it that once you type your search and hit enter the cursor stays on that cell instead of moving down, therefore making searching quicker as you dont have to move the cursor back up each time.

I know you can change the settings to control what your cursor does but id like it to only be applicable for this specific sheet/workbook.

Preferably without the use of VBA.

Hope that makes sense!

Thank you

N

Excel Facts

What do {} around a formula in the formula bar mean?
{Formula} means the formula was entered using Ctrl+Shift+Enter signifying an old-style array formula.
File>>Options>>Advanced>>Uncheck the Move cursor after enter box.
But to restrict it to 1 sheet would need VBA I believe
