How to break a part lots of data in one cell into many and look pretty

So I have huge file of test data for a students from a program. The file has one column that has all of the most important data I need per student:

User_Meta

at_risk_status=No;advisor_name_id=000456;career_tech_indicator_code=Yes;immigrant_status=No;title_i_part_a_indicator_code=;lep_monitoring_status=;rti_status=N;migrant_status=No;peims_id=645721151;other_id=61621;section_504_status=No;esl_status=No;special_ed_status=No;economic_disadvantage_code=00;student_grade=11;gifted_talented_status=No;bilingual_status=No;birthdate=2000-10-13;district_entry_date=08/15/2005;entity_id=006;federal_race=----5;years_in_us_schools=0.00;hispanic_latino_ethnicity=Yes;gender=F <tbody> </tbody>

What is the best way to break apart all the data separated by ; into individual columns, and if possible every before = is the column name and just the info after the = into the cells next to the students names.

Any help would be massively appreciated!! TIA

Start by reviewing Excel's Data to column feature, you can specify the delimited character as ";"
