How to Break an Excel Password

I have a worksheet that is password protected, and I can't remember the password. Any way to break it without downloading the "questionalble" software that my google search returned?

Select a hidden cell
Somehide hide payroll data in column G? Press F5. Type G1. Enter. Look in formula bar while you arrow down through G.
