How to bring txt from excel into Outlook email?

Hi guys, does anyone have any code that can bring dynamically changing txt from excel into the body of an outlook email?

You didn't give us much to play with, but this will give you an idea how ranges can be added to different parts of the E-Mail

With Mail_Object.CreateItem(o)
                        .Subject = Sheets("User").Range("B4")
                        .To = Sheets("List").Range("D" & i).Value
                        .Body = Sheets("User").Range("B6")  
                        .Attachments.Add Dest.FullName
                        .display  'requires to send the Email manually
  end with
