How to Calculate Carry Over Savings

Looking for a formula that will calculate Savings on a spreadsheet that carryover to the next year. Example a project is implemented wk 21 I want to be able to calculate what savings carry over into Q1, Q2, Q3. Additionally, if the project is implemented in a later week i want to be able to calculate savings that carry over to Q1, Q2, Q3 and Q4

There is a drop-down next to the AutoSum symbol. Open the drop-down to choose AVERAGE, COUNT, MAX, or MIN
