How to calculate the ROI of a stock with multiple transactions

Hi,
I refer to a question way back in Nov 2018 regarding this subject.
I have prepared a spreadsheet using the formulae and also added an additional calculation to include Dividends.
As I'm new to this would you mind checking my spreadsheet for me and advising any changes or hints.
FYI, I have shown the 1051 shares on 01Oct21 as sold to extract the ROI as of this date (The stock is still held)
