how to calculate YOY based on two dates?

Hi all, Hope all is well.

How could I calculate the % change between the color grouping in the above scenario?
 

Excel Facts

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.
previous cell / earlier cell -1

Example 2018/2017-1 and covert the formatting into %
