hi, i am new to excel, and i need some help, in our company we have a lot of items in seven different styles, and i want to make a sales order on excel, where in column A the customer will have a list of the items, and once he selects the style from the drop down, he should automatically get the price list for that style in column B

Excel Facts

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
jeremy9400, Good morning.

The VLOOKUP function is the ideal Excel tool for this situation.

For more information, attach an example of your file with data and the desired result.
To attach files here use an ADVANCED OPTION when answering post.

Is this what you want?
I hope it helps.
