How to change the color of chart bar using a variable without VBA?

Hi, I'm new here. I have been looking for a solution in this situation: I want to change the color of bars in a bar chart. For example, if I put the number 1 in cell A1 the color will be red, if I pu the number 2 in the cell A1 the color will be green, etc.. I'd like to do that without VBA. There is a solution?
