How to chart data in reverse order?

I have several columns of data with the most recent data at the top. The charts I'm creating therefore put the most recent data on the left instead of the right. I can't import the data with the most recent at the bottom. Any ideas how to get the most recent on the right? Is it possible to "reverse draw" the charts?

While we're at it: Is there a way to get Excel charts to display a minimum that is linked to the minimum in my data? When the charts go all the way to zero with my data between, say, 30 and 34, it's very misleading.

Thanks!
