Hi,

Is there a way I can do conditional formatting to check if the FORMULA of Y200 is in every cell in column Y?

I have this in conditional formatting and it kind-of works:
=AND(ISFORMULA(Y3),NOT(Y3=Y$200))

But it's more checking the value than the actual formula itself.

I also want to do this for my whole spreadsheet that each column checks CELL 200 of that same column and shows RED if the FORMULA isn't the same as CELL 200

Thanks in advance!

Select a hidden cell
Somehide hide payroll data in column G? Press F5. Type G1. Enter. Look in formula bar while you arrow down through G.
You want to highlight a cell in column Y if the formula in that cell is not identical to the cell in row 200 of that column?

Try this:
Excel Formula:
=FORMULATEXT(Y3)<>FORMULATEXT(Y$200)
