I want to fill the colours in column W:AL numbers, if the are matched with column G:T; Please need help </SPAN></SPAN>

Wildcard in VLOOKUP
Use =VLOOKUP("Apple*" to find apple, Apple, or applesauce
Not sure if 2000 is the same but in 2003 you can do that with conditional Formatting
Select W6:AL34, and in Conditional Format select FormulaIs & use this formula
=AND(W6<>"",COUNTIF($G6:$T6,W6)>0)
