I have 2 formulas below that are working correctly, but looking for the proper syntax to combine them with an OR

=IF((AND(U2="35 & above",U2="Critical")),A2,"")
=IF((AND(V2="7 or more days since last update",U3="Critical")),A2,"")

I was trying to do something like below but is not working

=IF((AND(U2="35 & above",U2="Critical")),OR(IF((AND(V2="7 or more days since last update",U3="Critical")),A2,"")

Excel Facts

Create a chart in one keystroke
Select the data and press Alt+F1 to insert a default chart. You can change the default chart to any chart type
Perhaps

=IF(OR(AND(U2="35 & above",U2="Critical"),AND(V2="7 or more days since last update",U3="Critical")),A2,"")

Hi
There might be something wrong With Your References. I'm guessing here.
In the first one, should it say V2 and U2? And the second one V3 and U3?
If so, try this (not tested)
=IF(OR(AND(V2="35 & above",U2="Critical"),AND(V3="7 or more days since last update",U3="Critical")),A2,"")
