I need help on how to compare data in two col based on partial match so I want to compare then match with the right most characters so may be first 10 characters from the right or first 5 characters from the right then match with the same in col B and if they match identify them some how either color etc.

Keep in mind Col A and Col B are not in the same order or anything so for each cell in col A a search of the entire col B needs to be done for a match.

Any help?

Format cells as date
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+3 to format cells as date. (Shift 3 is the # sign which sort of looks like a small calendar).
