How to convert a percentage 300% to a ratio 3:1

I am wondering what formula would convert my percentages into a ratio.

Example B18=12,758 and B19=3,793
B20=sum(B18/B19)/100=3.36%

I want the 3.36% to be 3.4:1

Can I do this?

The SUM is not necessary in that formula.

In B20:
=B18/B19

Format cell as 0.0":1"
