VBA Code:
Sub AutoFitWrappedText()
    With Range("B2:CT2").EntireColumn
    .ColumnWidth = 8.5 ' maximum width
    .AutoFit
    End With
End Sub

I had alot of hidden columns, and this unhides them and autofits them, but just trying to apply to visible columns, thank you :)

Excel Facts

Select all contiguous cells
Pressing Ctrl+* (asterisk) will select the "current region" - all contiguous cells in all directions.
VBA Code:
Sub AutoFitWrappedText()
    Dim i as Long

    For i = 2 to 98
        If Columns(i).Hidden = False Then
            Columns(i).ColumnWidth = 8.5 ' maximum width
            Columns(i).AutoFit
        End if
    Next i
End Sub

Try this non-looping version:
VBA Code:
Sub AutoFitWrappedText()
    With Range("B2:CT2").SpecialCells(xlCellTypeVisible).EntireColumn
    .ColumnWidth = 8.5 ' maximum width
    .AutoFit
    End With
End Sub
