How to Convert/Import Excel to Google Earth?

Good Day Everyone,

I tried to make a list of Placemark in my excel sheet (below is a sample i made)

So my question here is:
1. Can it be possibly export my work to Google Earth?
2. If YES, how would I do it? I want that the result Latitude and Longitude of my data in excel will be import to Google Earth.

I tried to search but still haven't find any answer.

Result Output in Google Earth (I use version 6)

I just would like to create some modifications:

I don't want my Data to be displayed as Star
I'd like it to be displayed as shown in below image
where I could enter Coordinates, Azimuths of rectangluar shapes
