How to copy and Paste a single Cell through Macro

Dear Friends

I wish to write a macro for copy pasting of all the rows in a separate sheet when i enter "1" in colomn and the same "1" to be deleted and type "1" in next B column for more than 1000 items.

Example is shown bewlow

Please Help me
