how to copy range worksheet into outlook mail message

Excellers,
I have this worksheet called "formann" and want to copy range A1:F50 into a new Outlook-message with a pre defined address and subject. I want the user to be able to put in cc or bc addresses manually afterwards, so the actual send must be done by the user and doesn't need vba automation. So basically just copy the range into a new message.
Your help will be much appreciated.

I know about the rondebruin codes, but I only want to compose a mail not send it (directly). So just the code to copy a range of a sheet into a new mail message:-)
