Working on a sales forecast sheet that I need to build (copy) a subset of the data to another sheet (tab).

I need to move the top 10 customer names and particular data based on sales revenue as well as proposed sale date.

What formula gets...... (Customer name) text based on criteria and puts it on another tab in same workbook.

Spell Check in Excel
Press F7 to start spell check in Excel. Be careful, by default, Excel does not check Capitalized Werds (whoops)
I have a sample spreadsheet ready to share but not sure how to attach to this post so you can see it. I thought HTML maker was the tool I needed but doesn't seem to be available.

I have posted the file in my public drop box:

http://dl.dropbox.com/u/6879092/Sample.xlsx

The first tab is the base data (i highlighted the cells to make it easier to read).

What I'm trying to do is build formulas on the "Desired Sheet" to automatically grab the Top 4 sales prospects from the main sheet and post them in the fashion I have laid out.

I would like to use variables of (percentage from probability of close - I used 75% in my example) or maybe by dollar value or date of close.

I'm just not sure if it's Vlookup, pivot table or some other method.

Thanks in advance. macattack
