How to copy the contents of a non opened file with one sheet in it to a sheet in a workbook you have open iin vba

I need the contents of a sheet called Play By Play in a file called PB1.xlsx put into a sheet called Format preferably without opening the actual file but either way.

I couldn't get it to work with the book closed but something like this if you open the book:

Workbooks("PB1").Sheets("Play by Play").Cells.Copy _
Workbooks("Format").Sheets("Sheet1").Cells(1, 1)
