How to Count Cells by their Color (Excel 2007)

I've tried a bunch of ways i found on the web and in this message board but for some wierd reason i get an error. Is there something more specific for the 2k7 version?

It just says that my formula contains an error.
I guess I might be doing something wrong.. I haven't used VB scripts in excel before..
