how to count text in no of Sheets

hi to all

i have no sheet's , Employee name labels in First Row, in Column one i have name labels Like,," Open, Closed,Fixed,.... etc"
i have to Count Particular Person Column, with name OPen,closed,...

My sheet 1 to Sheet 9 like this
