how to creat .xlam files

hi all,

i want to creat some shortcut keys, for example, ctrl+j can format active sheet to arial, ctrl+K can change select cells background color to red. with these shortcut keys, when one opens the excel files, he can use these to improve work efficiency.
so here is the question, how to creat .xlam files, and the file will be embeded in excel, when one open the excel, it will show a new ribbon which listed all the shortcut keys.
