How to create a 2nd formula in a cell which already as a formula

Hello,

I am having trouble figuring out how to create an extra formula in a cell which already has a formula.

I have tried conditional formatting and this does not seem to work.

All I am trying to do is make the formula:
If Cell C5 AND D5 are blank, then Cell F5, is blank

The current formula I have in cell F5 IS =CONCATENATE(TEXT(RW_Start1,"h:mm a/p\m")&" - "&TEXT(RW_Finish1,"h:mm a/p\m"))

The Cell C5 and C6 would only have start time and a finish time in it

Any help would greatly appreciated
