I have organised a raffle. I have 20 sheets filled with over 100 rows of data on every sheet. Every row is a ticket and row A is the ticket number.

Is there a way I can have a new sheet purely to pull information from those 20 sheets? Where by all I need to do is tell it what sheet number and ticket number and it will pull the entire data from that row?

Excel Facts

Quick Sum
Select a range of cells. The total appears in bottom right of Excel screen. Right-click total to add Max, Min, Count, Average.
Reason I am having difficulty with VLOOKUP is the ticket numbers are 1 to 100 on every sheet. So there are 20 'ticket 1s'... I want to be able to find ticket 1 on sheet 4..etc

Hi there,
How To Steps:

1. Open the Multi Sheet Excel.
2. Press Control key + F [ctrl+F] too open “Find” tool.
3. Enter the keyword and press the “Options” button. This will provide some additional options to find.

4. Now under “Within” option , by default you will have “sheet“. Press the drop down and change it to “Workbook” and press the find button, it will search the keyword in all the sheets in the excel.

Thank you I will try this.

Is there any way to have this on the actual sheet? For example if I have two cells dedicated to inputting the 'Sheet Number' and 'Ticket Number'

Is there a formula I can use that goes to the sheet number I've typed, and pulls the entire row for the ticket number I've typed?
